Through our membership in the German Association for Real Estate Investment Surveyors (BIIS) we have access to internationally well-known databases, as for example:

  • Real Capital Analytics (RCA),

  • Investment Property Databank (IPD) and

  • Property Market Analysis (PMA) with lease and transaction data as well as market reports.

Furthermore, we dispose over a fund of own intern data base. Beside our own databank with a large quantity of lease contracts and numerous transactions, we can access to a network consisting of national and international real estate agents and consultants.
